The Straight Story
A limited route, on purpose
Most mowing operations are volume businesses: the route wins, the property loses. Gates get skipped, edges get skipped, clippings end up in the beds, and the crew is gone in eleven minutes. The lawn is cut, but the property never quite looks maintained.
Our program runs the other way. We keep the route deliberately short so every visit includes the full standard: mow at the right height for the season, string-trim the lines the mower misses, edge the walks and drives, and blow every hard surface clean. Bed edges get watched week to week instead of once a year.
It's the same standard we hold on hardscape builds, applied weekly — which is why most program clients came to us for a patio or wall first and didn't want the property slipping afterward.

Do I have to sign a season-long contract?
No. The program is weekly service you can pause or stop — we keep clients by showing up and doing the full job, not by holding a contract over them.
What areas do the routes cover?
Routes run out of Hillview and cover the south end — Hillview, Highview, Fern Creek, Mount Washington, and nearby. If you’re close to the route, ask; the list grows as routes fill.
Can I get mowing only, without a project?
Yes. The program stands on its own — no build required. Plenty of clients start with mowing and call us later when the patio itch hits.
What about winter?
The same crew runs snow and ice removal for driveways and walks, plus holiday lighting. The route keeps working for you year-round.
