The territory, county by county
The map matters because the ground changes: soil, grade, and lot size shift as you move through the metro, and the work shifts with them. Pick your town for what we're building near you.
Bullitt County
Bullitt County yards sit on the same heavy clay as the rest of the Louisville basin, with plenty of rolling grade thrown in as you move away from the Salt River flats. That combination — slow-draining soil on sloped lots — is why so much of our Bullitt County work is grading, retaining walls, and drives built to shed water, and why base prep is non-negotiable on every hardscape we install here.
Jefferson County
Jefferson County's suburbs mix every era of housing stock, from mid-century ranches to brand-new subdivisions, but they share the region's dense clay soil and the Ohio Valley's freeze-thaw winters. Patios and walls that skip base prep heave here; beds that skip drainage drown. We build for those conditions because we work in them every week.
Spencer County
Spencer County properties run larger — longer drives, bigger lawns, more open ground — which changes the work. Gravel drives that need real crown and base, grading across acreage rather than a backyard, and plantings that can hold their own without weekly fussing are the jobs this county asks for.
